Sounds clear, mic works well, fairly comfortable for meeting use.
I bought these so I wouldn't have to use my onboard mic/speakers on my laptop for meetings. While they don't have earth shattering bass, they do fine for listening to music as well throughout the day. The cord is plenty long and the volume/mic mute works fine. My only grip is the fit of the earpads. Would be nice if they would have given them a little more movement to fit my head better. For what I paid for them, I can't complain though. Good fidelity and Works Well
I purchased my first pair a couple years ago for transcribing work using Dragon software. It worked perfectly. Also for doing skype and live webinars. They are lightweight and comfortable, just what you want. It has a volume control and mute switch for the microphone, which is handy when you don't want to be heard (like on live webinars). The separate plugs for mic (red) and headphones (green) plug right into the jacks on the computer, no brainer there. When the dog ate my old pair (no kidding), I had to have another pair. They Don't Make Them Like This Anymore
Best headset for someone who wants a wired headset for computer and phone. I bought one of these originally in 2012. Gave it 6 years of abuse and only this year did it fail. Probably because I ran over the cord too many times with my office chair. Anyway, I bought the latest similar headset from Sennheiser and it was awful. The sound wasn't as good, it wasn't as comfortable on my head and I sent it back immediately. Was so glad to find this model still out there somewhere.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
