Hoping it works for me
First recognize that this is a salvaged part. Exactly as advertised, but of course I have no idea if it will work for me or not. The seller offers conditional returns, but this is not a practical option for me, I paid my money and will take my chances. This CEM is an exact part number match for my original, however, the factory installed fuses are configured DIFFERENTLY than those on my original. This same part was used on a variety of Volvos over a period of several years; I will reinstall fuses to match my original. Bottom line is this is a last ditch effort to solve a no crank, no start issue on my 20+ year old XC90. Other options such as new parts are cost prohibitive. Period. If it works, great. If not, it is my time to say goodbye to this old car.
