Great quality easil-assimilated vitamins with minerals
I've enjoyed Dr. Mercola's website for years. He is very technically conscientious and continues his research every day. After reading his articles about every aspect of one's health I read about these vitamins and minerals. They don't have a lot of binders and things that are not usable in the body and they don't look like it. But I'll trade "cosmetics" for things my body can use easier any day. I do a lot every day for my health, so sometimes it's hard to know which product gives me which result....but I do believe these have helped me balance my blood sugar during the day so I don't get faint and aggravated if I need to eat and can't quite do it right away. I try never to run out of these.
