Pass out when you want to.
Do you want to fall asleep into that solid coma, Whitney or Elvis style, pants down around the ankles on the throne or in the bathtub? Then Irwin naturals Power To sleep PM is for you. Don't build a dependence on them, then they wont work nearly as well. A couple of them every once in a while at night will assure you will fall asleep like a dead baby stuffed under a trailer. I love these. I buy a few bottles a year and take them regularly.

Great Sleep Aid
This product helps me to fall asleep, If I don't take it I end up getting out of bed about 45 minutes to an hour later to take it so I can fall sleep. I have sleep apnea, so I wake up during the night. I cannot say it this product helps you sleep through the night. This product has ingredients to calm and relax you and I think that helps me not only sleep but also better face the day. It is a must have for me.

This works for me!
I've had bouts of insomnia my whole life. This product was a life saver for me. It doesn't create grogginess. It just settles my brain enough to allow me to sleep more, and get back to sleep easier. I've tried melatonin on it's own and it causes me to feel depressed. The blend in Power to Sleep doesn't have that side effect. Can't be without it.
