About this product

Product Information

Burris took their popular line of Fullfield II riflescopes and gave them a sleek profile with upgraded windage/elevation knobs, an integrated power ring and eyepiece that will now accept flipup lens caps. In addition, they enhanced their precision and accuracy with the addition of the Ballistic Plex E1 reticle. Until now this wind compensating reticle was only available on the premium SixX scopes. The Ballistic Plex E1 etched reticle is another Burris innovation that provides a simple, uncluttered method for determining both trajectory and wind compensation. Combined with the Ballistic Plex reticle, it is a deadly combination. Internally, the Fullfield E1 scopes retain the features that Fullfield scopes are known for: Precision ground lenses are larger than comparable scopes for better light transmission; indexmatched lenses with HiLume Storm multicoatings; double internal springs and positive steelonsteel adjustments for repeatable accuracy.

    As good as Leupold

This is an excellent scope, very clear and easy to look through without a lot of re-positioning like some high end scopes. I have one of these on a 270, and one on a 308. I zeroed dead on at 100 yds, 200 yds is on at the line just below the center of the cross hairs, and 300 yds is on at the next hash mark. Seeing 300 yds in good detail is very easy. When shooting, I consistently saw the bullet trace when shooting 300 yds. Only reason I didn't shoot farther is because the range ended at 300 yds. Definitely on par with a Leupold, but cheaper

  • excellent scope for almost any price( 155 dollars. found the same scope 10 dollars cheaper the next day)

not really better than expected because its not my first. i have eleven rifles with leupold vx 2 and3's and 2 redfield (vintage) plus three zeiss. i have only had the burris to the range one time.my eyes are old but the scope is bright and clear. zeroing the rifle was made very easy with accurate adjustments and printed several moa groups at 100 yards.no big deal but the rifle is a fairly light 375 ruger . i will see what it does in the future as i like to shoot this rifle alot

  • Best bang for the buck in affordable rifle scopes.

I have been using Burris rifle scopes for years. I have used other brands and keep coming back. Whether it’s an entry level scope like the fullfield or a high end like the Veracity. I have yet to find better optics and quality at a comparable price.

  • $$ well spent!

It's very hard to beat these scopes! Very clear bright & accurate in there adjustments. I bore sighted & had it where it needed to be with 5 rnds. The glass is just simply superb! Things I didn't care for - the scope caps was very dry & didn't want to interchange! So when I took the elevation cap off, it had to go back to the same turret! It did not want to thread on the windage turret. Nothing a dab of dielectric grease on the caps threads didn't fix! so really no biggy there, just thought it was worth mentioning. The cross hair has a heavier horizontal line than vertical! & the windage hold points are very hard to see until you get to 6x or more power. I'm sure the scope is designed this way! you need a dab more power for distance shots.. However, the thinner vertical line of the crosshair may be hard to I.D in low light & make center point harder to find.. I haven't yet tried it in low light so this is just an assumption! It may not be a problem at all.. Over all I'm very pleased with this scope! Its my second one in the fullfield line & both have been $$ well spent..

  • Burris Scope

I own Zeiss, Trijicon & Leupold scopes and although they are all great, the glass in the Burris is as clear as any...absolutely terrific scope, great scope for the money. If you want a quality scope without the heavy price tag, buy Burris and you won't be disappointed. A++++

  • Easy eye focus and crystal clear glass.

This is a great scope for the price. I put it on my new Savage 220 slug gun and it performed flawless. I have used Burris scopes before while stationed in Colorado and I was very pleased. Burris makes a great scope so go get one or a couple! 👍🏾

  • Looks good.

Looks like a good scope. Mounted on my rifle but haven’t been to the range yet. Just need to point out that the crosshairs are not as pictured on the box. May take some time to get used to.

  • Really good hunting scope!

Not as clear as I thought it would be, but I'm used to high dollar scopes. But this didn't cost 600.00 dollars! Put on Ruger Mark 2 25-06 hunting rifle, this combination will still shoot half MOA. Draws a lot of light and holds zero! What more could you want and need in a hunting scope!
