you can see and feel the difference this makes
I am 64 and have found that as I age the reverse ratio of calcium and magnesium is outstanding. My nails , hair grew stronger, my feeling of well -being was much improved and I do take this with same brand NOW of D3 and K2. Amazing what energy and body functions I have experienced. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and have a very physical job stocking beer, wine and pop during the weekdays. This combo is great, along with their Vitamin C which also has Rutin. Very reasonable costs for superior results you can feel and see.
