better that the ones they sell at the local retail stores
B-complex vitamins are what you need to pick you up in the middle of the day without resorting to caffeine or "blue stuff" liquids that are too much for the blood pressure. Ask your doctor, he probably gives his patients a B-complex boost shot regularly. This is cheaper than a doctor's visit and all it does is make you more alert and focused for that mid-afternoon hump into dinnertime. The NOW brand does just the same as any of those other name-brands selling all over the place and does it for about 40-50% of the price. 250 tablets is just common sense - at what is essentially the price of 5-6 cups of premium coffee or 10-15 cups of coffee at your local deli. Do the math and get something that'll boost your day with less risk.

Yes, I remember back in the 60s when my parents took me to the doctor's office to get a B-complex injection in my arm to get over a bad cold. It worked, and it still does, only now you don't have to pay for a doctor's visit ($10-40 with insurance, $150-250 without) when all you need to do is take one of these. NOW makes them just as good as anyone else, it's vegan-friendly, you can take this mid-morning or mid-afternoon to get that extra boost in the day. I take two each day and it's reduced the amount of caffeine I take during daytime hours. What more excuse do you need? A bottle of this is way cheaper than a doctor's visit. Stop paying your doctor's BMW payments and start paying yourself by being healthier!
