I had the same camera, same model before, but either my needs have changed or this one just isn't as good. It seems to take a long time to capture the image, by which time, the candid moment is no longer, or the image comes out blurry. Very frustrating.

Let me note the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that an SLR is the only camera that scores a 5 in my book, but this camera is well above any other I tried out for under $250. This Samsung brings a lot to the table, if I was to list the things that I've really loved about it I would have to say the three different macro settings are very powerful and quite fun to use. The panorama is simple to use and the pictures turn out as well as could be asked for. The navigation is real user friendly and I figured it out without instructions in 5 minutes. Only thing that had me confused was why this was not reviewed on cnet or why this camera isn't more popular. I did 4 hours of research on all digital cameras under 250 and this one didn't come up near as frequently as Nikons or Canons, neither of which I found near as easy to use. Only downside I can think of for this camera is that Samsung is notorious for cruising through batteries, but I use rechargables and always carry and extra set, so I have not worries. Comes with neck strap, lens cap, and cleaning cloth.Read full review
I just love this camera, so much that I purchased another one for my daughter. We plan to take a photo class together and having the same camera will work well.
Personal use.It takes great pictures and easy to use. There is nothing I dislike about this camera. This the best camera I own after the cannon.Everything I expected, I got.
