Good quality product that delivers excellent results.
I've been taking Mk7 for only a few weeks now. So far, they do seem to be working for me. I take them along with my D3 after a meal for better absorption. I feel so much better and will continue to take them.

It Works!
The purpose of MK-2, a relatively new vitamin these past 10 years, it to "direct" calcium to the right place in your body. I had calcium built-u in my shoulders and since taking MK-2, the deposits are gone. I am getting the calcium to my bones which is where it should go.
