Flex-a-min, the best
I have used Flex-a-min for a number of years and have recommended it to many people. Before this product was on the market I was using some of its ingredients. Flex-a-min combined them with other things, so in one pill I had what I had been taking separately plus more. A number of years ago my one knee felt like it was bone to bone. Then I started taking the ingredients that came separately. They definitely helped. When Flex-a-min came on the market I could take one or two pills that had it all plus. I have taken it ever since and have no trouble with my knees since. This has probably been at least 15 years and I'm now 85 years old. help for your joints
Before I started using Flexamin, getting out of bed or getting up from the sitting position had me bracing myself on furniture, counters or tables just to stand straight and move around. Also has Boswella as a better anti-inflammatory and Hyaluronic Acid to act as synthetic synovial fluid to provide a cushion between the vertebrae in the spine and other parts of the body (knee,hips, elbow...) to keep bones lubricated and prevent them from rubbing against each other.
