For MTHFR
Now can control my rapid heart beat / heart issues and blood pressure issues due to having 2 MTHFR Gene mutations. It is methyl folate. What else is there to say. It works if you cannot absorb folic acid. I take a similar product, Jarrow's B-Right, that also contains methyl folate along with other b-vitamins.
