What's not to like? It is Fish Oil. It doesn't taste fishy, I like that. Who knows if it is contributing to better health for me but my doctor wants me to take it. I can't NOT recommend it. If it is helping then it is a good value since it doesn't break the bank like so many other health related products these days. Hence, I'm only guessing the quality is good since I can't say for sure to the contrary.
