Runs like a dream right out of the box
It's a great little engine. My only complaint is the alcohol burner has a very loose lid. It tends to burn out quickly. I wrapped a little electrical tape around it as a gasket and it worked just fine. Other than that, I love the magnet in the bottom of the burner. I have a cat so that came in handy more than once. Also, the engine is quite a bit more powerful than I thought it would be. You wont be running a car or chainsaw off of it but it's more than enough to turn a small DC motor to use as a generator. I rigged mine up to charge my cell phone when the power goes out. Works just fine. I would highly recommend to others and I will probably buy another one or two in the future. Stirling engine
