Drama and history at it's best w
It's based on fact. It's based on real peoe that lived without cars or phones. Very touching. Family problems, sometimes abuse and alcohol problems. Delivery drama and problems. Interesting ways they dealt with issues for that time. Young nurses and their love lives as well as humanity. Have a Kleenex handy. Touching. Good drama. From the very first episode, I was hooked!! I wanted to know these character's and because its a true story, made it more intriguing. Sister Monica Joan is a favorite and Sister Julienne.
