A functional piece of equipment
This is my first stir plate for home brewing. I have used it twice. That said, it is very adjustable (I like to run fairly slow to avoid abusing the yest. It is a set it and forget it kind of thing. Both uses, I set it for my preferred speed and let it run for 2 days. I don;t know about durability, but the setting stays where I put it for the two days it runs, and it is quiet. A good value for the price.

Simple in construction.
A Chinese product. Works fine but I don't know how reliable it will be with significant use. I will use it for stirring yeast starter over night for craft beer brewing.
