Jade stress balls work well to relax muscles
These jade spheres are meant to be rolled with the fingers as they lie in the palm of your hand. The resulting motion is a little strange at first but, as you concentrate on it, you find that you unwittingly begin meditating and, consequently, relaxing. They are about one inch in diameter and fit nicely in the hand. I really enjoy the manipulation and, as a byproduct, loosening up the joints in my fingers rather than cracking the knuckles.
