If you're in the market for a good base antenna, and you're wondering if this one is comparable with that other "99" antenna; it absolutely is. I was doubtful at first, because the Patriot12 antenna did not perform up to my standards with regard to reception. So I've always heard, that these were Great antennas, so may the "" Truth Be Known "" They are a Fantastic Antenna and that's only pushing out 20 watts of original power coming from a Sbe 2 console...
