Pretty nice combination of controls, features and small form factor. It's a vintage keeper, now rare to find in a complete kit. Mostly now piecemeal
Generally, a really nice go-to camera for general projects not requiring 4K resolution. Many manual controls, 3 rings and virtually all required metrics are presented for good manual control. This is not terribly light-sensitive, but neither are most cameras these days. Feed it the light it wants, and you'll get a perfectly acceptable image for nearly everything you'll shoot these days. Maybe not crystal clear on a giant TV, but that's usually not the case with many applications for avid passion-shooters or light professionals, such as wedding shooters, etc. Very nice hybrid image stabilization. For an upgraded experience, i'd go to the Panny 160A, which is about a pound heavier, and offers more controls and a larger sensor, but not as robust an image stabilizer and no 5.1 built-in mic. The 90A is a shooter's dream camera in many ways, even though it's a bit front heavy, especially with a 7" monitor attached. Mine weights in at 7.75 pounds with an OSEE monitor with all batteries and an ME66 with a dead cat.
