Not the right part for my GE 1J408N electric stove
I ordered this part by mistake. It looked like what I needed, but when I received it, I realized that it was not going to fit. What I needed was the Hotpoint Cat. No. 23CS2. I bought this part for my 1950's GE Model No. 1J408N electric stove. I'm having difficulty finding parts as there are no catalogs for stove parts from the 1950's. I did call GE and the guy that answered the phone went to the microfiche and found me the part number for other items.
