Shipped One of Two Items I Ordered - Didn't Expedite the 2nd
I ordered two bolts, only shipped one at first. They replied quickly to correct the issue, which was fine - but they had me wait an additional 5 days to get my 2nd bolt which took longer to get than the first. They should really have expedited that bolt because I could have just bought one locally by the time I needed it but instead had to just wait.
