My Periodontist (specializes in gum diseases) recommended these Proxabrushes instead of the Gum Go-Betweens Becauses they had worn down the enamel between my teeth. That doesn't happen with these brushes. They work great; I've used them for so long I can't stand the feeling of food in between my teeth so I use them after eating anything. Handles too short but great idea
I think they could clean my teeth well but the handles are so short I can hardly reach my hands between my teeth to get the brush where it needs to be in order to tell. I think they would be ideal and a great idea if they had longer handles. My dental hygienist recommended this product as a follow up to flossing. She gave me a green(tight) proxabrush to start with; I have now purchased the red(moderate) and use both daily. The product seems to hold up well, and is effective for the space in between the teeth. This may be a way to avoid expensive treatment for gum disease.
