Beautiful classic sound. Can't be beat
I have dozens of valuable vintage microphones including RCA 77DX and 44s. IMO these are the best you can get for piano, drum overheads, vibraphone, percussion, strings...almost any instrument. They record high end beautifully and are never harsh or too bright. There's nothing else like them. A great value. The articulating head makes positioning easy.
