Great Inflatable Costume for Children
Inflatable costumes are always a big hit for Halloween. This inflatable costume is great for kids who cannot deal with the fully enclosed inflatable costumes. I've noticed my children walk a bit differently while wearing inflatable costumes and this is no different with the Mario/Yoshi costume. This is in no way a permanent discomfort though, and my kids usually adjust quickly and comfortably to these costumes. The fan and battery pack worked beautifully! My 5 year old son wore this costume twice (Oct 29 & Oct 31) for 2 - 2 1/2 hours at a time and the fan/battery pack worked like a charm. The only complaint I have with the "Mario riding Yoshi" inflatable costume is that the costume does not come with a shirt, hat, gloves or mustache. Basically all of the necessary accessories are left out and have to be purchased separately. Other than that bit of annoyance, the costume was great!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A Good Belly Laugh
We bought two of these from different sellers at very different prices (supply/demand) for our boys who wanted to be the Mario brothers this year. So far, they have just run around in the house with them. We've had some great laughs! The costumes have not ventured out for the true Halloween experience yet. I think they will stand the test. The small fan inside that keeps Yoshi's head up does make noise, so if you are planning on being in stealth mode at any time you will need to turn it off and deflate. Make sure that the air intake does not get covered inside by clothes. There is a belt clip on the motor to keep the box secured to a waist band just make sure the waist band or belt is sturdy enough to hold it. When one of the boy's motors came off his waistband it was not able to keep the airflow going and the motor was working extra hard. The material is somewhat thin, not that it is see through, but if you live somewhere cold you will want some kind of long pant underneath.
