I didn’t award 5 stars because the bell is battery powered rather than ac powered. This company in the past sold an ac based bell. Super to set up and works great. I hate I’ll need to replace batteries.

Excellent unit. My previous one eeked out a little better imitation of a real Westminster chime, but that was 20 years ago when everything was made better. Unit requires a full depression of doorbell to activate (everyone seems to instinctively do that). Works well for my situation... first you hear the ding dong from the regular doorbell in the front of house, then the Westminster chime kicks on in the back.

Unfortunately, this really good device in no longer being manufactured. However a company called STI makes something comparable. A hard wired transmitter with a plug-in receiver bell.
