I bought this to be able to wear it when I do things around the house. It is not too cumbersome to wear does get a little hot in the summer. I think it is a decent belt if you have some back discomfort or are looking for a little support. I use it when I need to if your going to use it constantly I would get a different one only because it is smaller and it does roll a little I just fix it for me it works pretty good. You could also wear it walking or driving as it is not too big. When when I back is a little stiff I wear when I play pool it does help. The Copper Fit back comes in 2 sizes S/M and L/XL. These run very small compaired to the size they say they are. S/M up to 28" that is pushing it. The L/XL 29 " to $50". There is no way this will fit a person with a 50" waist. I have a 36-38 waist and the L/XL will barely fit arround my waist. It is uncomfortably tight to wear. Waste of money!
Sizing of product is misrepresented and runs much smaller than advertised. I ordered an XL that is suppose to run up to 59" inch waist and I am a 40" and I can barely get it on and allows to room for adjustment depending oDo n your activity. I just got my belt today and I was very excited. When I saw the size of the box I knew something was wrong. I opened it and it was real light,flimsy, and it was a joke.
