Material sagging
The material color matched but the material came unattached after about 2 weeks and was sagging. Had to get an upholster shop to reglue it. Looked like was not a brand new part but had been reupholstered with not enough glue to hold. Was not worth several hundred dollars.

Great headliner and easy to install
I have been looking literally for years for a replacement headliner and what I found was a gem. The color was correct and it even has diamond stitching. It was easy to install. The only drawback was that the three screws in the front of the headliner had no pre-drilled holes. With a pencil, a good eye and a small drill that proved not to be a problem. The headliner was more money than I expected and was happy to pay it since Mercedes quit making them and I was still able to find one.

Where's the adhesive?
Looked great when received it but MATERIAL seperated and sagged from the entire shell within two months. Given high price and inferior quality, its not a good value but may be the only game in town.

It worked well. Covered it and installed it in no time. It seemed a little high priced, but when you have to have it, you pay the price. At least the shipping was reasonable. Several other places wanted around $150 to ship.
