This is our second purchase of Bird X Scare Eye Balloons 3 pk. This product is made of heavier vinyl than some others. They are durable and will last several years during our Michigan summer weather. Our balloons do accumulate a bit of black mildew by end of season that can easily be washed off with mild bleach solution, before being put in storage. We replace the foil tassels with mylar balloon when tattered.
