I an an Electrician, During new construction a lot of the underground is 3/4" and 1" PVC conduit. The cutters work well as long as you keep a sharp edge on them. Keep the dirt out of moving parts with air compressor.

Rhe product is great for the price. But with the normal sizes you hqve to roll the pipe. This wont cut it, it will break your pipe if you dont roll it

May be good for small pipe, tried cutting 1 1/2" and 2" cut crooket. Did not work well for me, I bought to cut 1 1/2" pvc vent pipe in wall, wouldn't cut straight. This picture is 1 1/2" was worse on 2" pipe. No I wouldn't buy this again sorry.

This cutter is a little larger and heavier than the typical one sold at a home store. I tested it on some black poly pipe and it has a nice action. I have not actually used it yet in the field.
