Buy the whole seat cover with the stapled foam, unless you are a professional with upholtery tools.
The original purchase was for the seat with the foam attached, which is a relatively easy replacement for the existing worn out cover. By accepting the cover without the foam which was originally attached by an upholsterer with trade tools and experience, it has become unusable for me. The Youtube videos I've seen have shown how to both remove and replace the covers with the foam intact, this is due to the fact specialised tools and skills are required to do upholstery. The ring staples used by professional upholsterers are installed with a specialised tool and require skill to use.
