So excited that I felt like there should have been cheering!
The item arrived early, in good shape, and was the specific product that was advertised. Much better deal than Audi wanted to install one (over $5600). Because of the way the units work, I did not immediately have full access to all that the unit could do because it was not registered to my car. However, using the hard drive from this unit by placing it in my old unit immediately got me back in business with full capacity. Before receiving this unit, I had fought the problem for hours, but once I got it and swapped the hard drive, I was back in business in less than an hour. (I have become somewhat of an expert at removing and installing the unit...much practice!) fyi...I have a 2014 Audi A6 Quattro TDI Premium 3.0
