Best I can say? It was well packed con: This is a note I sent yesterday...No reply as yet "Put the MB in..alas the heat-sink fan connection did not work. this, killed, a good I5 cpu. I did not counter top as I expected it to work..When I installed and turned it on no picture. Next morning, when I counter topped I found the problem Dead cpu heat sink connection. But alas the CPU was fried. As I have to now get a new CPU This Mother board I must say was a tad disappointing." By no picture I mean it did not post I am forced to amend the previous good review I sent before I installed this board
