Part # 3021185. I have a cylinder off a 2001 Polaris Edge XCSP 500. It is in fair usable condition, it has a 7/16 bolt threaded into the valve hole, all the other threads are good. The bore has light scuffs that you can see but nothing that you can feel above the ring line.
