Bought 2 other oem batteries for my Galaxy S4 in the past from other sellers on ebay. They would charge fast but only last about a day. This battery takes almost twice as long to fully charge, but last a good 2 days. Similar when phone was new. Would recommend this sellers battery for Galaxy S4.

The battery works but is no better that the 3 year old original battery that I was replacing. If you are replacing a completely dead battery it might be OK for you, otherwise not so good. According to info on the Net this battery is, apparently, not a genuine Samsung battery but a counterfeit. I removed the label to confirm the comparison between a genuine and a counterfeit. I'm not an expert, but the fact that the new battery doesn't last as long as the 3 year old battery is telling. This was my second source for a battery, the first was a stated "replacement", not a genuine, like this one. I have just received another (third) battery from yet another source claiming Samsung OEM status. Have just installed it and will soon see what happens with this one. I was not pleased with this battery for my Samsung galaxy s4. I needed a new battery for my phone, so I bought this one. The battery did great for about 3 months after that it started to go dead within a couple of hours. After that I noticed a swelling in the back of my phone, and it getting hot all the time. When I took my case off the back of my phone. The case was cracked from the swelling of the battery. It almost exploded on me!!! Now it could be I have bad luck and this might not happen to someone else but it did happen to me. So I will not be buying from them again!!!!

This battery is made and labeled almost exactly like the one that comes in the Samsung phones, however it is slightly different. The made by, assembled line is different. This product is an almost exact copy of the original created/copied by the Chinese. It fits just a little bit snugger in my phone, but the phone back closes correctly and all is well. I am glad to have it, and I feel it is a good item for the money. It came 85% charged so I was able to take the old one out and replace it very quickly and then continue the tapping off charge. I would buy this one again, assuming that its life remains the 1.5 to 2 years of the original.
