This book has many recipes for the processor. It explains how the processor works and how to care and handle the blades. It shows which blade to use for which food and decribes what type of cut you get with specific blades. Nowadays you do not get such detail of information with products made in China. This was a good buy because the book contains, directions and many excellent recipes.
I have a used Cuisinart Food Processor,and I had no idea how to use it. Even though this book wasn't for Cuisinart per se. It really described in full how to use it and the different blades. I will get a lot of use out of my food processor thanks to this amazing easy to read and use book.
