This book has a good variety of international recipes that look delicious. I took a class many yrs ago in high school this was the book we had in that class I am glad to get a copy to make some of those recipes that I remember from back then.

I find this edition to be most user-friendly and easy to follow. Bought this to replace my lost copy. Very pleased with the basic blueprints and background of the various dishes.
