NOT as advertised. It will NOT charge the Pro controllers. It would have been so easy to make this product work with the pro controllers, but it just does not. It does charge the regular controllers, but that is not the controllers I have. Also, the headset has to be set in "just right" or it will not charge. Mine regularly comes out of the dock just enough to not charge so it is not ready for pay when I am. All in all a bad design that just doesn't justify this ridiculous price.
