Hard to tell the difference between remanufactured and new!
Wheel looked great and exactly as described. My only minor issue was the barrel wasn't painted. Comparing it to an OEM wheel, the barrels are painted to match, or at least black. I am sure its a time and money saver to not spray the barrels but sure would be nice. Paint Finish Is Wrong
