It worked for my friend but not for me
A friend recommended it to me. She says it's great but it did nothing for me - I'm almost finished (got about 3 doses left) and it's not helped at all. To be fair, it's been a weird and stressful time what with the COVID stay at home orders, being unemployed, and the protests and curfews so my entire physiology is out of whack. I've said it wasn't good value and wasn't good quality because I wasn't given the option to say "I don't know" but it wasn't good enough to work in the face of current challenges so I can't unequivocally say 'yes' it's a good product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A useful combination for the adrenal system
I liked this specific combination of herbs. I usually start with less than the suggested dose and see how I feel. Using one capsule in the morning seems to work for me. I did not notice more energy in the morning but I did notice less of a crash in the afternoon.
