This DVD is really fun and provides a great workout. There are 3 workout levels that you can follow. There are four,15 minute segments that you pick and choose from. Everything is presented in a clear, concise format, easy to follow. I have been doing the DVD for 4 weeks and I definitely notice a difference. This DVD makes it fun to workout in the privacy of your own home, without having to travel anywhere. I definitely recommend this DVD and I have bought 2 other DVDs by Jennifer Cohen. She has a very clear, nice teaching manner about her, she is very encouraging.

There are three stages-beginners, intermediate, and advanced. All three of them are on the same mat so you can switch easily between the stages without having to go to a different video. The main trainer keeps you informed who is doing what. With the beginners you do not use a weight, but the other two you do use a hand weight and they add something else to the set. I have definitely felt the work out the next day. They are easy but work on the areas intended.

I love this video for the following reasons: - At all times, you see an exercise performed at three fitness/exertion levels. - You can do some exercises at one level and other exercises at another level. - You can work your way up to the most advanced level. - There are four separate workouts, so you can be selective or do them all. - The instructor goes to great lengths to protect your knees by telling you how to position your feet. - Although I'm fit and work out regularly to Leslie Sansone's videos, I find this DVD more challenging. The only negative is that some transitions are hard to do quickly; I do them leaning, with my hands against a wall.

Best workout yet!!! I have tried many exercise dvds but this really gives a overall great workout. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. I would definitely look into purchasing more of the weight watchers dvds.
