I was looking for something more natural to help ease me into sleep, and I came across this tea, which I didn't realize existed... I've always loved Lavender for its calming scent and I've used incense, essential oils and candles, but never got the chance to drink it! I have anxiety, and was once on harsh medications to treat it, but now my sleep is disturbed. But the past week, I've been drinking a hot cup of this Sleepytime Lavender tea at night, and my sleep has improved. It's not a cure-all. But it helps.
