Frustration to a novice modeler- poor modeling of 1-1 version
Pro: it is a flexible kit with NASCAR mod parts for both the Torino & Talladega versions. Cons: 1- the body-to-chassis does not fit; Body is like a 105-inch wheel base, chassis is like a 100-inch wheel base. If the fenders are trimmed to attempt to center the wheels in the body openings, body lines are messed up. 2- the motor-drivetrain lacks detail; the motor is split at the transmission gearbox-tailshaft joint; the remainder of the drivetrain is molded into the chassis- poor, does not allow for adjustment for body-wheel misalignment described above without significant chassis modification. 3- the NASCAR version headers drag the ground when installed with the engine in their correct locations. 4- Mold marks, mold parting lines, heat-distorted parts require excessive filing, filler, etc. 5- Parts are in the kit that are not identified in the instructions.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
