I tried very hard to get it into the tub’s drain, by hitting it with a rubber hammer but it did not work. It’s nod sharp enough to get stuck into the tube opening. Now I have to change the tub because it butch. Sorry but it didn’t work.

It didn't work for me. It would just spin in the hole, no grip. Maybe if it was a little wider.
