This is a great choice for a home office pc. It's quick and except for the startup fan it is usually very quiet. It's especially useful as a Home Theater pc because it has built in HDMI on the back. You can stream Netflix, YouTube and anything else directly to your TV. You don't need Roku or Apple TV if you connect this pc to your TV as long as you have an internet connection. Connect a wireless keyboard and a mouse and control Netflix from your easy chair. As of this writing, March 21, 2016, these little pcs are selling in the $100 range and it can do so much more than a streaming add on device.
