Waterpik works great, but not NEW as described
It was NOT NEW as described. The item was described as "Open Box", but it was NEW. When I received it, there was water in the reservoir. Very disappointed. I had to disinfect in order to use it. Other than it being received USED, the waterpik itself works great. I have a very small sink and it's a perfect size to fit on top, so I don't have to remove it after each use. It may be hard to see, but there are lots of water droplets in the plastic reservoir.

Proto Type Reject
The tank will not seal good and leaks and the knobs are difficult to turn. The knobs are different from my old one as well. This one is like some sort of prototype reject!
