The product is as advertised. I was concerned that it would be under powered for removing moles and beauty marks, but it is plenty strong. I rarely use the highest setting. I have removed over 50 moles and beauty marks over my body without any problems. The price is a bit steep compared to other products that claim to do a similar function. However, This is the one product that I found YouTube DIY videos. I'm glad I bought this one.
