Great sine wave inverter for the money
Very good sine wave inverter I use to start a 10CF chest freezer on my 12v solar system. It is well built with a low standby current (0.5Amp) great sine wave form and a good transient capacity. The only reason I don't give it five stars is for the lack of a remote switch. Like the unit
The unit ran my 42 inch tv and 2 fans constantly all day and 3 hrs into the night for the pass week . Although i dont have the correct batteries it is doing very well . I did however try to run my fridge but the moter didnt start actually it ran hot and cut out it took another hour before it start running again. This is a very nice well built unit
I have been running this unit for awhile and it seems to run fine. The only thing I do not like is the red light blinks on the unit above 27.5v it still works but they say up to 30v so why the red light at 27.5. Solid 24 volt inverter able to power anything I plug into a 120v Ac plug
I was so impressed with my 12 volt inverter from Reliable that I got this 24 volt model. handles the start surge on a small air conditioner no problem. I am liking the 24 volt solar system because you can push twice the watts through the same guage wire when you bump up from 12 volts....but still low enough voltage you can touch wires.
