Product Great fixing screws a bit soft
No problem with main unit which is well made but the fixing screws have heads that are too soft. I was fixing into softwood and drilled a 3.5 mm pilot hole but heads stripped and I had to replace them with more substantial hex head screws: not everyone may have replacement screws available.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A great product at a good price, caution when using at maximum claimed load capacity.
We bought this for our camper TV and it does just what we want - supports TV at various positions of tilt / extension / viewing angle, plus folds away well to minimum space. Very well made and plenty sturdy enough for our light (1.5kg) TV, at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't myself want to challenge it with a heavy TV (over 5kg ish) as the friction joints may not provide enough friction to hold steady in position, although it does say it can cope with 15kg.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
