If this item is moderately durable, then I am well pleased. I purchased this to control a small heating device that I use in the oven for making natto. After some experimentation with settings and heating device (small hot plate) I was able to make B+ natto on my first try. Prior to this, my attempts at natto making in an instant pot were hit or miss. This device will pay for itself in short order.
