First off, I received my product sooner than I expected! Kuddos to that. This is my first time trying this product. I read nothing but good reviews so I decided it was worth a try. I usually buy the Renew Life women's ultimate flora 90 billion. I like with Renew Life instructions are for 1 pill a day vs Garden of Life it instructs 3 pills a day. Raw Probiotics ROCK
I love this product I have had many health issues and in the past year I began taking probiotics. A friend recommended RAW probiotics, and they have helped me stay healthier and (I believe) have stopped my chronic UTI's. I drive for a living, and often have issues being able to use the restroom as needed. Once I began taking these probiotics my UTI's have almost disappeared. The product is great. It was shipped with a cold pack, however by the time it arrived it wasnt very cold.thankfully it was cold outside that day or I dont think the probiotics would have survied. I can't use the capsules because their gave a super ache on the back looks like a kidney.
