This is a well built, quiet exerciser that is surprisingly effective. I needed something for cardio and thought something like this might be pretty lame, but decided to take a chance. Glad I did. It really does the job for getting the heart pumping plus it tones the muscles being used. Its heavier weight than other exercisers makes it more resistant to slipping away during exercising. It does need a tiny bit of assembly on arrival but the instructions are the best I've ever seen. Highly recommend it.
